Why does people think Kakashi's/Itachi's PS is the strongest ?

both Sasuke's and Madara's PS can use six paths and can use trap both in CT and suck them dry from chakra.

I don't see why people think they're stronger when they're powered with MS while sasuke's and madara's are powered with rinnegan.

kakashi can kamui shuriken god
but nagato wouldn't allow him to do that

Actually kakashi has noway of harming them.

but those weapons won't work if he can't hit them with them.

if utachi becomes the CT core he's done for since they'll just absorb all his chakra with preta path while he's in CT like sasuke did to the bijuu.

That first part definitely isn't going to work.

But yeah, Sasuke and Madara's Susanoo has far more Six Paths chakra than Kakashi's portion. Plus, Kamui Shurikens and what not gets countered with Yasaka Magatamas.

as for swaping the warping hole would still be there so it'll harm kakshi instead of sasuke.

as for teleporting as long there's space there he can teleport anywhere this is like saying he can't teleport inside a house without a doors.
