It's not just Orochimaru but everyone. As Naruto progressed, so did Kishi's drawings.
In the beginning, Kishi's artwork wasn't as good as it is now. It's nothing to worry about and something you should dismiss.
Orochimaru looks the same, the difference is the angle of the picture you presented. How are we suppose to tell the difference when one of them is a face close up and the other a picture that highlights his jaw and cheekbone? ._.

so your saying kishi cant handle different angles.....his entire face structure is differnt fo tot he mirror right now and look at it then angle your face does your who face widen and chin along with it and have your whole face look different i bet not

A second thought, could it be the way his hair is styled? It seems to be covering his left side thickly, before we've seen his hair do that but never as dense as before. Nor has it stayed in the same position for too long.

No, it's his bone structure. All this time he has had high cheek bones, with a more narrow face. Hell look at your avatar n sig.

Now, his jaw line is so strong and rectangle he looks like Superman in those old horrible comics or somewhere.

This look has changed his overall demeanor. He likes awkward and less of a threat. Like while his jaw is strong AF, his face is softer and more reserved

The softer and more reserved part, I'm a bit confused by your meaning. Do you mean the make up of it, like a physical difference? Or are you talking about his overall passiveness/'good' nature and how it's making him look?

I didn't see a childlish look. When he fought the 3rd, now that was more of a childlish look but that was only in that one scene

Kishimoto just hasn't been used to drawing Orochimaru and his skinny ass cheeks in a while, that's all. He does not suck at drawing, he's drawing is 10x better now then when he started Naruto.
