Why does Obito use Kamui?

i only needed to see the first paragraph to say Madara stated it himself more or less that the only thing he saw in Obito was someone to be used. Quite frankly, that fight he and Kakashi had in the Kamui dimension pretty much exposed him as why he needed Kamui. I don't feel like his fighting skills are anything worth bragging about w/o it. The guy had to use Kamui to get the jump on fodder and background characters ffs.
