theres not evidence to show the marking magically disappeared.....it didnt disappear in the 16-7 years minato was dead, there is no evidence to show it would disappear when he powers up...

Its just minato with 1 arm, (and being mortal) has no reason to tele to jubito.

Do you see the marking on his back ? No. And his back was clearly shown. Then why didn't Mianto teleport to save Sasuke and Naruto ? Instead he said that his kunai wouldn't make it in time (which is evidence that he was willing to use hiraishin to save them) but why not the one on Obito ? Because it isn't there anymore.
