Why does nobody outside Konoha ninja have the Sharingan like the Byakugan?

There are only three known ocular jutsu Sharingan,Byakugan and Rinnegan.The rinnegan is too rare while byakugan has been shown to be possessed/stolen by Ao of hidden mist.Why does nobody outside Konoha ninja have the Sharingan like the Byakugan?

ZzzThe Byakugan is chakra draining too though not as much as the Sharingan..and i don't think something like that would stop it from being desired by others. I think no shinobi of the other villages were able to defeat any uchiha. I'm not saying they were unbeateable but perhaps no such battle ever happened between an Uchiha and a shinobi of the other village who was capable of defeating them..

You really think you can take on a uchiha and then steal his eyes? Its not as easy as Danzo made it to appear U_U

{Plus by the time someone got the idea of stealing the sharingan from uchiha members, the clan was massacred. Also there is the little fact that a normal person cannot handle the sharingan or byakugan as seen as Ao & Kakashi kept their eyes hidden/closed due to excessive use }

Didn't Ao steal that byakugan? And sharnningan is a more spiritual eye without the powerful chakra of the uchiha or the vast chakra of a senju, you're screwed as in massive chakra drain. Obito confirmed that the rinnegan is also so chakra draining that he could only implant one, the only non chakra draing eye is the byakugan. Stealing a sharnningan is danzo's job

There's something like three living Uchihas left. Madara was destroyed/was too powerful anyway, same story with Obito and same story with Sasuke. It's not that people don't want to steal, but not only can they not steal it because the individuals are too powerful, there aren't nearly enough of them left...

Ultimately any ninja who unlocks 3T sharingan(what the person would want) is gonna be at least upper level jounin level and combating them isn't going to be easy especially since the Uchiha all resided together in the Uchiha District. So an upper level jounin is going to be required to beat them, essentially the village elites could have done it but it would have been dangerous and it would be a big risk having one of the villages best ninja risk fighting an Uchiha and they would have to have above average chakra reserves in the first place to be able to handle the chakra draining effects, which are absolutely worth it
