Yeah, i know Shurikens/kunais are useless.

Last time they were useful was in a fight with that fodder where someone got poisoned and had to scrape it out.

But really, last time we saw it was when Hiruzen used it and got fodderized by Juubito's black goo and took 4 chapters for him to heal again.

But look at how much of a boss Minato was in that movie, Naruto kept trying to even hit that shit with a rasengan and there his dad comes along, doesn't even brake a sweat and destroys that thing.

Even though this is a non-cannon feat i really want to see him do it again.

Well it didn't work to well for Hiruzen so that might be why. Minato was pretty badass in that movie though.
