Why does Nickelodeon still exist?

I mean really, why? Their shows are just 100% crap now. I even heard Sam and Cat was cancelled. All their ankmayed shows are just full retard now: breadwinners, sanjay and craig, haunted hathaways, the zimmermans.... These shows are just plain sh!t. They even decided to ruin Spongebob and The Fairly Oddparents... Spongebob was great until the movie came out, after that the show started going down hill.

Another problem is their crappy award shows. They're just 100% Corny, and they only give the awards to those who show up to the piece of crap. As well as the fact that their slime thing isn't really exciting anymore. Cartoon Network is doing way better than them with actuall good cartoons.

What do you think? Agree or Nah?

Pretty much this. As long as there are viewers they won't care about the quality. I don't watch neither it nor cartoon network tough. Actually when I think about it, I don't watch TV at all. :/

Yeah and they've even pulled that.

Talking sponges that have been doing the same thing 15 years get all the promotion and thus genuine shows like Korra that can actually offer kids good storytelling aren't even given a fair shot.

Hey, they have an amazing Turtles show and Korra and Big Time Rush. It seems to me though kids don't like shows like Korra apparently which is why Korra is going to online only. Kids like more funny and/or stupid stuff I guess. Sam and Cat was a prime example. Just shit. I loved Victorious and iCarly, but that show sucked.

Anyways, Nick's not going anywhere. I hope better shows come up in the future, but I'm not expecting it. Same with Cartoon Network. They had YJ and GLTAS, AMAZING shows, but it just didn't sell the merch or something. I dunno. I support the stuff I love and that's the best I can do.

The new shows are ass. When there's nothing interesting in ESPN, I usually go to Nick for spongebob and shiz. There's this show called Big Time Rush and I only watched it because Logan's girlfriend is hot af u_u

Nickelodeon is a kids' network. Unless you're a child, you're gonna find most of their shows shit. The shows aren't necessarily bad, they're just not supposed to appeal to you and are different than the shows you grew up on. People from the generations before yours probably said the same thing you're saying now about cartoons that you've enjoyed.

Because they are still people who watch it. But I agree the shows aren't as good as they used to be. The only shows I grew up with on Nick was Hey Arnold,Rugrats, 2 Angry Beavers, All That, and some more crap that I can't remember now...........
