Even if he is Uzumaki if a Bijuu is extracted from its host the host dies immediately but Uzumaki can survive a little longer just as Kushina survived but after sometime she died . Same thing will happen with Naruto as well if Kuruma is extracted

It was stated that only an Uzumaki can survive that extractions of a tailed beast and Kushine would have more that survive the extraction the reason she died is because she was protecting Naruto when the nine fox tried to kill him because they where trying to seal him again in him........and where in shippuden did Naruto stated he wanted unseal the nine tails from himself .................
