why does naruto still love sasuke

He is being dumb. Sasuke tried to kill the girl that he liked for more than 3 years. If i was naruto i would have fought him one vs one rite there but no naruto had to go out like a ***ot. I bet if naruto tried to kill someone from taka sasuke would beat the sh*t out of him in rage back then before he stabbed karin. Why is naruto still trying and i used to be a naruto fan but when he did not fight him back at the fort and when he tried to kill sakura i was done. Naruto is just dumb for still loving sasuke. Sasuke is just a boss xd nonthing we can do about it

Because he knows what Sasuke is going through. He even calls Sasuke's actions "understandable". Most people think that because he had his rivalry with Sasuke that they did not have any sort of bond.. but really now?

Sasuke's hatred consumed him. There are multiple sources to confirm that. Through Naruto's state of mind, Sasuke's situation is out of his hands - he's surrounded and blinded by darkness. Naruto has tried multiple times to bring Sasuke out of harm because of this. But when they meet again at the bridge, Naruto acknowledges that Sasuke's situation is too deep for him to simply snap out of it, so Naruto's going to help him the best way he can.. making sure he doesn't descend deeper into darkness (killing him). In a way, his encounter with Nagato really did help him mature by "knowing pain". That's what Naruto inherited from Pain.. he didn't understand Sasuke at the VoTE before because he had not yet had the loss of somebody like Jiraiya.
