why does naruto have more chakra than kaguya?

Bijuu have to regain chakra back just like anyone else it's not unlimited Kurama and Gyuuki ran out of chakra during this war.

No,you are wrong the reason why it appears to be so is because Naruto's charka regenerates due to having nine bujuus inside him plus his own charka.Kaguya techs are more charka taxing than Naruto techs and Kaguya can't keep leeching off everyone's charka because once it's done,it's done.
