Either he is going to control Hashirama and use his Sage power to defeat Obito and switch places with him, or he is going to use Senjutsu chakra to take control of Obito (As Senjutsu is his weakness) and then switch places with him. Its probably the former.
Madara definitely isn't gaining Sage Mode as it requires training to be able to enter the form.

He needs sage mode energy to damage obito, as his omny-shit absorbs all ninjutsu
There are a few reasons:
1. Sage Mode is the only thing that can hurt Obito. Perhaps, Madara needs Hashirama's DNA in order to achieve Sage Mode.
2. Hashirama's DNA can control tailed beasts. It was used to suppress all of the tailed beasts, before. Maybe Madara can use his DNA to suppress the Juubi.
3. Hashirama can use Wood Release. The Juubi is a giant tree. Maybe there is some sort of relationship between them. Maybe Madara can use Hashirama to control the Juubi's body like he controls trees.
4. Hashirama and Madara are immensely powerful. Maybe combining their power would make Madara a match for Obito. The real questions is what would they be called.

Senjustu is the only thing that works against Obito right now
Given that neither Tobirama nor Minato knew this until Naruto got lucky, I give Madara alot of credit for knowing beforehand what what would happen and that only senjutsu would work while around Obito

Bcoz only SM can hurt or effect Obito...I wonder abt that " how can Madara take over Obito's body with Hashirama's SM.
