Why does Madara have Ranton?

None of the Bijuu give you Ranton, And neither does the Juubi.

To those saying it's because of the rinnegan, The rinnegan only gives you 5 elements, not the ability to combine them into a KKG.

How do you know?
We don't even know the nature types of all Bijuu as of yet...
For example, Chōmei might be the one possessing Ranton KKG.

Why is it that Madara suddenly busts out a new Kekkei Genkai with No foreshadowing, or anyone taking any notice of it? You would think that if someone had a KKG, they would atleast use it when they are alive.

It can't be because he was the juubi jinchuriki, because the juubi doesn't give you any special chakra natures, Unless you count the Gudou Damas.

He has the Juubi and Hagoromo's powers. Essentially this gives him the ability to use and manipulate all the elements and senjutsu. Naruto too can use kekkei genkis he never had before due to the bijuus. Hiruzen also stated the gudou damas are made up of all the elements. Storm release is also made up of lighting and water and Madara already naturally possessed these elements so it may also be his own kekkei genki.

Being that not all the bijuus' element releases have been officially revealed or confirmed yet, there's no basis for that.

could be because he absorbed the Shinju with Kaguya's essence still in it. He wasn't seen using the jutsu she used until after he absorbed what he did, so it's probable that it somehow equated to Madara eating the fruit. That's my best guess anyway.
