It's threads like this that show that some people really don't appreciate the hard work of others. First of all, you should already be grateful that he gave permission to post the new chapters on the internet. He could have easily said "No way, let them buy the magazine it runs in or the manga" After all he deserves to get money for what he makes (that's why I find it rude that people read the manga online but don't support the mangaka by buying the end product)
Second of all: why are you complaining? Seventeen to eighteen pages every week is a lot of work considering the fact that he needs to come up with ideas for the chapter, run the idea by his editor with the drafts he made of the new chapter, then wait for approval, adjust some things that need to be adjusted and then draw it for real which is a long process even with assistants.
You complain you have to wait a week for a release. You want to know how long Black butler (aka Kuroshitsuji) fans have to wait before there's a new chapter? A whole freaking month. Every chapter is released at the 18th of each month. One chapter per month. Compare that to one release every week. Who do you think has more right to complain about waiting? Strangely enough, when I visit the Black butler forum, no one complains about the wait. They show more respect there for Toboso-sensei, than Kishimoto-sensei gets from some people here.
So unless you can easily draw 24 pages every week, I suggest you just wait patiently for the release on Wednesday. A week of waiting isn't long.
