Sounds like more an opinion than fact. Naruto has better feats than Sasuke in the manga I'm reading. They are supposed to be considered equal. Sasuke just got some asspull powerup mid battle just so he can fight on Naruto's level, which I thought was kind of lame but whatever. Guess they are really equal now.
