why does kishi give more power to characters that he can't control?

Kishimoto said that he wasn't sure how he was going to have Madara be defeated and that'd he'd have to rethink it over with his editors. That was over 4 months ago. Obviously he knows what he's doing. He knew what to do with Madara he just didn't know how to execute it. He obviously knows now.

I don't quite think that Madara is dead, there are too many unanswered questions regarding him unless Kaguya indeed saved him. Which we could find out from her herself.

that`s the whole purpose of the villains... to not know how they could be defeated, even by him. that`s how he can focus on a true battle coming from naruto and sasuke.. so that asspulls won`t become a routine.

That's kinda pathetic that he didn't know how to have Madara defeated. If this is the "final" arc then he must have had it planned for a while and seeing how Madara is the final villian (not so much now), he should of had it planned out prior to the arc even starting. It just shows that he's doing it half-assed. Clearly, this shows how much people over-praise Kishi.
