Why does Kakashi's Sharingan copy jutsus and Uchiha's don't?

Because he actually uses it?? unlike the uchiha who wait for the MS and then start spamming.
And people saying different sharingan has different properties go and get some sleep (and i am using an extremely good language here)

Uchiha does too, for example how Sasuke's sharingan copied Lee's taijutsu to create the lion barrage.

i think kakashi practiced his eyes to copy jutsu at an extreme level while itachi and the other trained it for genjutsu and MS. (practice makes perfect lol)

ALL Uchiha can copy jutsu ( not the actual jutsu, but the hand seals needed to do it ), it's A MAIN property of the sharingan!!! how do you think Itachi learned water Jutsu....the reason they usually don't use it, is that they don't NEED any other jutsu, the Uchiha have a fighting style for themselves usually with fire... and they learn that while they're young so they don't need to copy any jutsu!!!

sharingan doesn't just go around and copy the technique.
let me explain it.
sharingan sees through the technique. how it's done?, which seals are necessary? etc.
but not everyone can do the thing, that he knows how to be done.
for example, wen jiraiya taught rasengan to naruto he first demonstrated it on a fodder ninja.
then he told him that rasengan is about "releasing chakra, then rotating it, then concentrating it."
but if it was sasuke while sharingan activated, jiraiya wouldn't have to explain that. with the first demonstration sasuke would understand that it's about "releasing, rotating and concentrating." however, sasuke doesn't know how to release chakra from his palms, or how to rotate them. so he can't use rasengan without training
and that's the reason why only kakashi has achieved this feat. even before obtaining sharingan, kakashi was already well-versed in all fields of ninjutsu. sealing, elemental ninjutsu etc. and after obtaining sharingan he worked on using other natures. such as earth and water. (maybe fire too).
since he could do lightning, earth, water, sealing and special jutsus that require certain skills, such as rasengan, the only thing kakashi required was to know how to do a technique. and there comes the sharingan. with it he could see how a technique is done, and since he has the skills he was able to "copy" the technique.
but since the uchiha depend mostly on their eyes, they didn't work enough on other skills. so even though they could see how a technique is done, they didn't have the skills to do it. thus they couldn't "copy" the technique

2 words here. The F***. Anyone remember Part 1 before Naruto and Garra faught each other with shakaku and Gambunta? Sasuke Copied Rock lee's JUSTU with the sharingan. for any flames out there Even though Lee cant use Nin, he is still using up his chakra through Tai its how he runs to fast.

Yeah they can all copy and all have the potential/ability to susano'o, but don't they have each have a single different characteristic? Like Itachi has amaterasu, Kakashis(Oobitos) has Kamui?
that is very hard answer it seems sasuke and itachi got the same jutsu but shisui got a completely dif tech and he had ms ..did he also have susanoo ..madara has shown meither of these moves and kakashi and obito both have kamui but different forms ....so i cant really tell anymore haha
i suggest you do some research on sharingan, all sharingan can copy techniques.
what makes kakashi sharingan special? it is cause he aint a uchiha member and he can utilize it better than most can. even itachi a succsessor of the sharingan said himself

I might be wrong here, but I though Itachi gave Sasuke some of his powers before he died, his ability to Amaterasu. And Kakashi can use Kamui because that's what Oobito's power would of been. Well if any of that is true, then technically since Amaterasu is Itachi's unique characteristic, shouldn't Sasuke have his own unique tech that he might not of discovered yet? just thinking.
And susano'o can be used by any Uchiha with the MS? Madara has it and his eyes having nothing to do with Itachi/Sasukes..........unless they are related xD

Yes, Tsukuyomi is what I couldn't remember. Is Kamui even the correct name for Kakashi's technique? I think so but not 100% xP
As you can tell, I'm not a giant Uchiha fanboy. If anything, It'd be cool if Guy went on a rampage on his 7th gate and cleaned house. Too bad the 8th gate will kill him, I'm sure we'll see it eventually though.
