Why does Kakashi all of a sudden have unlimited chakra?

Oh... I finally get it. Kakashi is from the Saiyan race... so every time he gets down to super low chakra levels and is near death, he gets healed and all of a sudden his chakra reserves are 100x larger.

Well, for one, you need Rinnegan. Which means it's Dojutsu, and a Kekkei Genkai, and you can't copy those.
