People are jumping the gun and saying that Kaguya will get TNJ just because she cried.
Crying doesn't imply that you have good in you. Hitler could have cried. Bin laden could have cried.
It is not crying itself that shows a good side to someone. It is their reasons for crying.
In Kaguya's case, her tears showed no goodness. She was crying because she was reminded of her sons and how they sealed her away.
They sealed her away because she was a crazy lunatic that was terrorizing the world and who was obsessed with chakara to the point of attacking her own sons as a ferocious monster!
Therefore, all Kaguya's tears show is that she didn't like her evil plans to be opposed by her sons. How does this imply TNJ?
Don't spout that "the tree's will is controlling her" crap. You have no proof of that. After all, Kaguya was the one who created the juubi by imbuing herself and her will into the shinju. The juubi did not create Kaguya or take her over (until the manga proves otherwise). Kaguya did this on her own free will.
Furthermore, Kaguya ate the fruit on her own will. Therefore it is not far fetched to say that she is simply power hungry and wants all chakara for herself. Black Zetsu even said that it was not the holy tree that was trying to get back its fruit, but it was Kaguya that was trying to take away her sons' power.
