Why does Juudara's Staff look different than Juubito's Staff ?

Juubito's and Sage of Six Paths staffs look the same. So why does Juudara's staff look different? Any ideas or reasons?

Madara's staff is an incomplete staff, looks like. So what of Madara is incomplete? He doesn't have half of the 9 tails, and his second eye is missing. He probably will have the rest of the staff made when he gets those.

That's not the case. Obito had less of Kurama and Hachibi and still only one Rinnegan.

It's simple: Obito and Madara's "staffs" are made of the Juubi's malleable chakra but Obito chose to properly imitate Hagoromo's Shakujo (Originally known as a Khakkhara in Sanskrit) but Madara has opted for his own design.

technically the staves are not that different, both madaras and obitos look like it was made by the black ball/rod...evidenced by the piercing on thier hands/palms ... S06P had a real staff.
