Why does Hagoromo need Indra and Ashura's chakra to manifest?

How come Hagoromo needs Indra and Ashura's chakra to combine and form his chakra to appear? Why cant he just F*ck with death like Indra and Ashura by appearing without needing I&A's chakra? It's clearly not impossible, or he wouldn't appear at all, since I&A dont seem to need to have their kids combine to have a transmigration.

He is dead just like those two with unfinished business or lingering to guide other souls( conscious self). Transmigrating/floating self unable to move to next level..He came because Naruto and Sasuke channeled those two.

Well no, because hagoromo didn't split himself in half, Ashura got nothing, and Hagoromo would still have enough chakra to float around on his own even if that was true.

I always believed that to be a typo, because he said Juubi just before that, and the Juubi would make way more sense than Kyuubi anyway.

OT : Hagoromos power could've been divided into two between his sons [Same like when they got their powers through Kaguya],it is reasonable when the powers interconnect they're able to communicate with him

i guess both Indra and Ashura maniifested themselves when upon nardo and sasuke birth which is different then doing so whenever.
Same with hagoromo who could only meet nardo and sasuke when they died and via his/madara's chakra in real world.

So requirements are either in one dimension either you have some source of your chakra in living world to manifest, unless you have kamui lol
