[Discussion] Why does fairy tail do this

I watch other animes but why is it that Fairy tail gives '' friendship power ups''

I was re-watching the sting/rouge vs Natsu/Gajeel and I don't understand why/how Natsu beat them when it was 2 vs 1. Its just not this fight but plenty more.

I love watching fairy tail, but this is the one of the problem I have with it.

anyone can beat the strongest with the power of friendship

whats your thoughts?

Im only a anime viewer, I dont read the manga

Natsu and Gajeel were always stronger than them though. They just spent time learning their moves, fighting style and tactics. Haha I think they discuss at one point what angle Sting/Rogue's feet was facing?

But apart from that fight, yeah that's usually how Fairy Tail is. Like how barely anyone dies too. Still enjoyable to watch/read though imo. You should read manga though, it's pretty awesome at the moment. More character development for some main characters.

Fairy Tail is that type of Anime. Naruto does the same thing, but not as much. I still really like Fairy Tail tho

Thats the whole concept of Fairy Tail... its all about how friendship and teamwork can overcome anything, talk to the Author if you got a problem with it lol

You should've used a better example like the ending of Erza vs Azuma.. That's a friendship power up

Natsu beating Sting and Rogue were because of
1) he's more powerful
2) Plot armor

Plus there hardly has been any of that stuff since the Grand Magic Games
