Geesh! Everyone is just determined to have Madara, Naruto, and Sasuke lose their powers. Why?
Also, let me explain some things.
1. Both Naruto and Sasuke lost their seals on their hands. Yet Sasuke still has the rinnegan. Therefore, it is illogical for people to assume that Naruto lost senjutsu of the six paths! He just went out of the mode for crying out loud! The bijuus that appeared in this chapter came out of Kaguya, not Naruto. We were shown no panels of the bijuus within Naruto fading away or getting pulled out. Therefore, you can not say that Naruto lost the power of the 9 bijuus.
The only thing that Naruto and Sasuke lost was their seals on their hands. All that means is that Naruto may no longer have that healing property, Sasuke no longer has black chidori and they no longer have six paths chibaku tensei. That is all they lost.
2. As for Madara, once a rinnegan eye is already created, you don't need to maintain both Indra and Ashura's chakara to keep it. Look at Nagato. He had neither Indra nor Ashura's chakaras (unless you count the eye itself as having Indra's, but he still didn't have Ashura's). Yet, he was still able to maintain and wield the rinnegan (and he wielded it very well if I do say so myself).
Therefore, to all you people saying that Madara shouldn't have rinnegan anymore because he supposedly lost his chakara: You are wrong. Once the eye is there, it is there regardless of whose cells or chakara you have. Period!
Furthermore, the assumption that Kaguya took all of Madara's chakara is too baseless and presumptuous. We don't really know the full mechanics behind bodies that are taken over by will materialization. Just because we didn't see Hashirama's face on Madara's body doesn't mean that Madara lost his chakara or even Hashirama's cells. For all we know, Kishi could have just forgotten to draw that face because it wasn't important in this particular chapter.
Also, how do you really take a whole set of DNA away from someone (faces aside)? That is stupid.
Now I am not claiming to be Kishi or anything, but you people should really just wait for more info before you go deciding that someone should be depowered!
