a small scale chibaku tensei trapped six-tailed kyuubi, and a bigger one required three s-rank techs to stop... chibaku tensei by nagato one on one would defeat practically anyone who doesn't have a space-time technique. the sage's chibaku tensei aside, it's still probably the strongest technique even if it's not used to its full extent
