Why does everyone underestimate Obito?

I dont understand why everyone underestimate Obito?
Obito is the fourth Sage of the Six Paths. He posses both Senju and Uchiha DNA (50/50) along with the Rinnegan and Mangekygo sharingan with an insane ocular power that makes him untouchable. The only counter he has is Kakashi at the moment, if he dies you cant defeat Obito, theres no way. The only difference between him and Madara is that Madara obtained the EMS which gave him a bit of a powerboost and envolved into the Rinnegan near his death. Obito isnt too far away into reaching Madaras power level.

My point is that Obito will probably end up as a much bigger threat than Madara once he betrays him (Yes, i believe he will) and shouldnt be taken lightly. Once Kakashi is down, so is the world.

Obito is virtually invincible if you don't know how his technique works. When kakashi figured it out, with his Kamui he did very well against Obito. Don't Forget that Madara completely mutilated the 5 kage. You could argue that Obito would have done the same, but it would be hard to prove.

Ive seen people saying "All Obito can do is Kamui, nothing else, hes weak and useless". I eman WTF, look at what the man has done through the years:
- Obtained Senju DNA
- Awakened the Mangekygo Sharingan and Kamui
- Controlled the Kyuubi and attacked Konoha
- Went up seriously 1v1 against Minato and survived at a young age
- Being the secret leader, the mastermind behind Akatsuki
- Controlling the Fourth Mizukage
- Having almost every Tailed beast in his possession
- Obtained the Rinnegan
- Reviving the Juubi while fighting against the Kyuubi and Hachibi aswell as Kakashi and Gai at the same time

and much more details I didnt put it but u get my point right?

There should be a rule that you have to at least link ONE thread underrating a character before you can make one of these ridiculous threads. All this looks like is an excuse to gush about your favorite character, which is fine, but why do you have to play the victim?

Obito is just lucky and nothing more. The whole world looks down on him for one simple reason.. he is weak! He was supposed to die in the cave, but thanks to Madara for giving him everything that makes the frail Obito into the chauvinistic Tobi. He even doesn't know the meaning of gratitude.

Technicaly, even with edo jins, Pain is out of his league. For full explenation, Screw you.
Also pain can summon other pains from out of kamuiland, they can double attack from normal and Kamuiland, and nagato is using much more chakra emmiters making it easy for him to overpower obito and control his paths. and without the paths, obito lacks the power to kill any of pain.

madara didnt "give him everything" any more than minato gave naruto everything. obito didnt get sharingan or MS because of madaras actions. he didnt get this smart or knowledgable due to madara. and he didnt control sasuke and nagato because of madara. also i think quite a few people would disagree with him being weak. minato and naruto for 2.
