Why does everyone seem to have unlimited chakra?

Remember back then Naruto etc. had to care about not running out of chakra and thus making smart moves etc…Now it seems like they have unlimited chakra...

Everytime they exhausted their chakra, they would mold more chakra, given the chance to do so.
