To me hate everybody in the world government (cause the world government are a bunch of pricks) except Kuzan & Fujitora.

But why does everybody love a admiral prick like him hopefully in the future Sanji will kick his ass (please Oda let Sanji face Kizuru in battle)

There doing the job that's given to them..... Most of the men with in the Navy are pretty good people even the Admirals and fleet admiral. I like them all, an you can't Nolan them for Doing the things they do because that's what makes the show intresting. Also your forgetting 95% of the pirates are bad people much like Doffy and Blackbeard :/ so really you should hate pirates more (except the select few).
I like Kizuru because of his laid back personality and his cool out look on everything no matter the situation. He also has this real good aura about him with his confidence and nothing seems to faze him. He also has a pretty good Devilfruit, let's not forget he is also really powerful

People like him 'cause he's fast and people love to yell BLITZ when they have no other defense against a character losing so this one's easy to do it with and sound legit. Just look at most of the debates 1/3 of the losing side just yells blitz, Itachi fans, DBZ fans, Flash fans it's the go to defense.

I've only ever really seen one hardcore Borsalino fan which is RikerSlade.

I don't like him and I don't dislike him, he's cool I guess. Funny how he always seems to be stoned and distracted by something else xD

Kizaru's trollISH behavior is the reason why I like him.
He's annoying, a little cocky and doesn't take a lot of stuff seriously (at least that's what we have seen so far).
I don't know... He doesn't look like the generic bad guy. He's just... lovable for whatever reason.

Also, I think he's a lot more powerful than he portrays himself to be.
