To show how 2-D kaguya is so we don't get butthurt when BZ turns on her and becomes the "new" final villain well atleast until white zestu kills him and becomes the "final villain" and than tenten will solo WZ with SO6P's tools to become the new villain with her companion ramen guy and than plot twist!!!! I like to think that because BZ is an ever-living part of Kaguya's will, he talks to her pretty much in the same way as the angel and the devil on either shoulder talks to their host in some cartoons. He is like her conscience making all the decisions doing all the talking for her.
