It makes me think if Todoroki in end series is also meant to get one for all but a purple one.

The first one for all users ability was to pass abilities right? So what if one for all mutated some how that you can pass it to multiple people without losing it.

I'm pretty sure they said the movie isn't canon. Not gunna spoil though, so just know that as crazy as things get, it's because the movie wasn't meant to be canon.
