Why do you think tsunade never learned sage mode

Would it be over kill if she learned it because I would think she would have the physical capabilities to use it and jiraya learned it and orochimaru attempted to be able to do it and most likely can now.

But if she did learn sage mode jiraya would no longer be special and be weaker than the other two sanin so I guess that's why.

Her own personal chakra levels outside of her seal aren't really that large.

It's funny because her being part senju and master of medical ninjutsu which requires high skill in chakra control would be enough to validate her to learn senjutsu more than the others. while she is obviously inferior to hashirama, she's the closes thing to him to deserving a sage mode. imo

If something like SSM exists and she doesn't have it means she couldn't learn it. Chakra control and controlling NE are two different things. Now I am sure she has a big chakra pool just not enough to learn SM imo.

Now don't get me wrong. I think she has the requirements to learn Sage Mode no doubt. But the damage was done when all these other sages started popping up during the war:

Hashirama
Kabuto
Minato
Then Madara

Yea it's one of those things I stay away from lol. Hashirama is suppose to be godlike amoung people in the manga so having another individual walk around with his abilities would take away from that in my opinion but I agree a lesser version would've been great for her to have. I of course agree with the rest of your point, she's highly skilled and qualified to learn senjutsu.
