1) I think he knows they can defeat Madara and Obito because Hashirama fought Madara and Minato fought Obito.
2) He wants to take control of their bodies.

Oro tells suigetsu that he has to intetions of entering this war(could be lying). Sasuke wants to ask the 4 what was itachi? What is the village? And what is a shinobi? That would be sasuke reason for having oro revive them, only oro could do this as sasuke mentions. In the process oro regains his arms so its a win win for both parties. Whether they will participate in this war is questionable tho they prolly will. My question is since minato was revived does the kyuubi get all its chakra back! And do the ET 4 have a will of theyre own like kabutos ETs?
