[Theory] Why do you suppose Kaguya is more powerful than Madara and the Juubi?

There's several possibilities here. Obviously it will have something to do with the fruit. Someone theorized that the anto-thesis of the shinju, a tengu or devil existed in the fruit, and that's what Kaguya became. Some believe she actually is an alien, either from the moon or the inside of the world and already possessed power. Hagoromo implied the fruit would bloom after the Shinju absorbed enough chakra from the people under IT. This seems to imply its the culmination of all the chakra and life force of those connected to the tree. I'll leave a poll.

Base Kaguya took over Jinchuuriki Madara... while using Black Zetsu.

When she decided to take over him, he couldn't even pose any resistance.

Don't forget that any powers Madara has are inherited from Hagoromo.. which he inherited from Kaguya. He was just a fraction of her power.

Nice explanation. Yes, I thought similarly to you, only instead I thought of all eggs, sperm, seeds, etc in all living things, as well as baby snakes possessing mass, concentrated amounts of venom compared to adults.

This makes no sense. Madara aborbed the Shinju(tree), which would mean he absorbed the fruit, which is not possible.

Because she ate the fruit, and the fruit came from the God Tree. There is literally no explanation as for where she came from or how the God Tree's fruit is so powerful, but it doesn't matter. All we know is that the fruit makes a person super powerful if they eat it.

Though the fruit, by itself, seems to be more powerful than a Juubi, so Madara didn't stand a chance with his power coming from the Juubi.

My hypothesis; Kaguya has full mastery over the juubi's eye [9T], & that eye is planetary in terms of power.

I believe that the 9T has a multitude of jutsus, just like the rinnegan, & just like the sharingan. What sets apart kaguya from madara & hagoromo is the fact that she can most likely use all of these new jutsus to their full potential. People like madara who only just know the one jutsu I/T could never gain complete mastery over the eye, which is why they are inferior.

What leads me to believe the 9T has a variety of techniques that she has mastery over? The fact that she could use sasuke's jutsu on a massive scale as well as I/T without a moon, & neither sasuke or madara seem to have eachother's ability.

Yeah, I already theorized the nine tomoes represent the nine circles of hell from dante's inferno, based the number, kaguya being "demonic" and the Limbo ability, which is named after the first circle.
