I would say this is a good argument but then i'd be lying.
@Green- I already know Minato didn't say his his Ftg got absorbed. If you read my first post clearly you would know that. Preta path can absorb chakra in anyform which means this the ftg mark may remain on a surtain area but Minato chakra is not in it so there for he cannot travel to it's location do you get what im saying? Also Obito never tried to remove the marking that Tobirama left on his back. Yes they can be removed take a look at this.
@Blue- Contract seal would be useless since those summonings are within the rinnagan justu like the Gedo Mazo. Also they would never let Minato get close to him as he'll be there ace in a hole in this battle. Im not even sure what the scan is so you'll have to let me know what it is.
@Red- That was KMC Minato not regular Minato. That would be a pretty decent argument if Deva path was alone he has other paths to back him up so that won't work.
