Why do you like sakura?

So i can appreciate her role as support and her potential. Honestly i HATE the fact she hasnt made the same impact that naruto or sasuke has made i guess. I will say shes not useless but man i expected to see her way more powerful than she is now. i guess i dont like her because she did not live up to my expectations as a ninja trained by a sannin

Honestly though... when comparing the distance between jiraiya and orochimaru compared to tsunade, Sakura has made the same progress as Naruto and Sasuke.

I like Sakura I just wish kishi would have put more work into her.

Some people made some good points on why to like her. Shes a skilled medical ninja and has saved lives. She is very strong with the strength and medical ninjutsu she learned from Tsunade. She is very useful as a part of the team and while she is like Tsunade, she also a very kind person inside and cares about others. She has great courage and has improved tremendously through the years. People can relate to her like others said and will always be one of my favorites. If you ask me, people just hate on her for no reason or to just do so!

it's not that she can't kill Sasuke, she still cares for him hence why she didn't kill him when she definetly could... She has a mad amount of strength like tsunade and she isn't as boring as hinata (too shy to the point that she's annoying)
She was also the reason that Sasori was defeated without Sakura granny chio would have died and then go after deidara to help him fend off Kakashi and naruto... Which could have lead to narutos capture. She is a medical ninja so fighting isn't her objective unless she has to defend herself or her comrades. She isn't as useless as everyone makes her seem.
Not to mention she saved gaara's brothers life when he was dieing from sasori's poison.

Pretty much this. Sakura is a decent fighter and an excellent medic. That's what I like about her. Her crying moments and total blow off of Naruto part one, and her whole I love you part was stupid. She didnt love him and she knew how Hinata felt. Other than those two parts she isn't really that bad.

Only part I disagree on would be his bash at Hinata lol! She's grown less shy since her confession, and she went from trash to a good fighter with all her training.

The people that do are the same people who complain when any sort of flashback takes away from the fight. They're kids who watch solely to watch people beat the crap out of eachother and so get pissed off when actual emotion rather than anger is shown.

I don't hate her but I can't say I like her either. In the Kazekage Rescue Arc she was pretty cool, but after that Kishi started killing her character :shrug:

The people that do are the same people who complain when any sort of flashback takes away from the fight. They're kids who watch solely to watch people beat the crap out of eachother and so get pissed off when actual emotion rather than anger is shown.

Then their watching the wrong anime, they might aswell just go watch dbz if they want just action... That's what I didn't like about dbz is that the story is fighting and not very much back story. Not to mention its 90% about goku saving the day, when he should be out of energy or dead... Lol good anime still but very dull storyline..

Yeah, you are right about that. It really shows the maturity level of those people. There is more to it than just beating the crap out of someone, they teach lessons and represent many things. Some just don't seem to get that, but they can be ignored all the more! Others should just not care what they think.

I hate Sakura! I've never hated any fictional character, just her. And I think she doesn't deserve Sasuke nor Naruto. Hinata's even better(and cuter).

i agree in a way. I just don't like her personality in naruto because of the sappy love crap she still believes in with sasuke.
