I like Orochimaru the most...I hate characters that protected by Plot No Jutsu and who are in top 5~..power isn't the main thing

So people like other characters because of potential hype? Seems like a troll to me .-.

Because I felt bad for Haku due to his storyline, and on top of that ice style was always so appealing to me. + She always worked with Zabuza, so much potential wasted because Naruto had to kill him... But I digress.
Basically because of storyline and character development.

I knew it.

'Coz these characters are strong and cool.

Like Minato, he's everything a perfect ninja should be. He's respected by his village and by the enemy. He sacrificed himself for his village and he's all round nice guy. A role model.

Kabuto, Madara and Tobi. They are main antagonist's. There's always a bunch of people who love the antagonists. They're smart and badass. Some fight for they're own gains (Orochimaru and Kabuto?) and some fight for they're own sense of justice (Madara and Tobi). But what I like about them the most is how powerful they are.

Alot of other underdeveloped characters like most of the Konoha 11 have there moments. Like Kiba and Neji during the sasuke retrieval arc or Ino and Choji during the war. We see what they are capable of and our view of them changes or we respect them even more. After that there is mostly a surge of Inuzuka or Akimichi bio's on the base Lolz xd

Most of the under developed characters do get a background story which shows how there lives have been. Most of these stories are of hardship and sorrow and we sympathise with them. Like Sasori's or Kabuto's.

Was this enough of an explanation?

I think the same. I like unusual characters because of the same reason, and I can't stand with characters like Tobi.

I knew it.

Heh, you think Haku's a girl? I'll be honest, I do too. But when I'm talking about her I say him because I don't want any flame wars started. Seeing as how a majority of the evidence showing that Haku's a girl is psychological and a majority of people who'd start the war with me wouldn't really understand where I'm coming from so I tend to just avoid it all together :3

For the record, Haku was male. And I love all of the characters you mentioned in your first post, especially Minato. All the hype surrounding him is appealing, and all of the things he did, and accomplished are amazing, as well.

And Tobi, like someone else said, the mystery surrounding him has got to be one of the best Anime suspense of all time.

In my opinion, Haku was a fully developed character. You can feel free to disagree, I won't hold a grudge. :3

WTH you said why do people like characters who where only shown for 5 or so chapters yet you like Haku. Well if you can like haku after about 5 chapters then you shouldn't be confused with someone liking minato after about 5 chapters.
