There is more than just one reason for me liking it.
Plot, characters and the story as a whole. Multidimensional villains, those who weren't born evil or do bad things just because, those who were made 'evil' by the events life offered them, and yet, they maintain sane goals, which they do everything to achieve, acting with the quote of Machiavelli in their heads - "The ends justify the means."
The other main aspects of Naruto that I love, are the parallels between the certain characters, connecting them and the beautifully-made death scenes filled with symbolism and sentiment.
Those are the few of the tiny details which as a whole make me perceive Naruto the way I do.
