Madara is a clown.
This is why I like Madara so.... ^_^

OT: I like basically all Uchiha..... Obito not as much....for some reason when I think of him I dont see him as an Uchiha. Of course he is, but he doesn't give off the vibe of an Uchiha for me. But I understand that he is...and in being one imho it automatically makes him cool. I guess it was the Rin thing every "5 secs"(exaggeration) that kinda throws me off a little with him. Wait....I know exactly what it was that threw me off with Obito. The moment he said "I'm no one. I dont want to be anyone." I thought.... why Kishi...why? :T_T:

It was almost as if Obito was throwing away who he was...... I feel once his mask was removed it was like adding salt to a wound. He became an emotional wreck imo. Nao...I know what it is to have love consume and move you...so in that respect, I respect Obito. Because he loved Rin, but he was scintillate, calm, focused, calculating, and strategic. Once his mask was removed it was like a magic trick...and he made those qualities disappear. :(

I feel a calm character....shouldn't be shown feeding off of their emotions....or allowing themselves to be out of character. Kishi was going to do the same to Itachi when he yelled at Sasuke imo. I feel Kishi decided not to go that route. (Pheew)

That's why I like Ulquiorra so much he was perfectly written. Honest... and he accepted each and every aspect of his life for what it was. Showing no pain, emotion, fear, etc. Though you could see these things in him....he felt it was not a need to openly express them. At least not to a degree in which I feel it ruined his character.

Anywho....this is all opinion, but I dislike that Kishi had to weaken the Uchiha with blindness, against the Senju, with their genjutsu abilities, etc. I just dislike how Kishi nerfed them. Killing them off, having to kill to get EMS, making Itachi sick, and imo holding them back in general.

I wish Kishi would have stayed true to himself and made the Uchiha as powerful as he truly wanted them to be. They are imho by far the most interesting type of characters in this entire Manga.

The order in which I like them.

Madara
Itachi
"Indra"
Shisui
Sasuke
Obito

You could add all the others after.

His development is very small and poorly done IMO. When madara explained how he was hopeless when he read kaguya's back story, IMO i didn't feel anything there. It just sounded like madara reading quotes off a cue card, no emotion, just desire for power.
Agreed, Madara sux as an end game villain and is honestly the worst thing kishi did to the series imho. He feels so generic and the fact that he owned the shinobi alliance while blind just goes to show his lame built in instant win button, and the best excuse ppl can come up with is saying, since he and hashirama fought all their lives, they're more skilled than most. it's honestly a load of bull and he comes off no where near as intense as obito was back before kishi neutered him. Madara is so generic that he has shown more of Hashirama's jutsu's than his own attacks, we don't even to this day know what his MS abilities are.

Another thing is he just feels stupifyingly OP, obito seemed strong due to how he was built up through out the story, Madara seems like the end game villain with invincibility tacked on him who has to be defeated by plot. he leaves nothing to the imagination and even that rinnegan tech he used on the bijuu was disgustingly convenient and OP. I honestly think mewtwo from pokemon was a better constructed villain than Madara could ever hope to be. I'm just waiting for him to die so this dragged out story can come to an end.

I have to admit even though I had trouble seeing Obito as a villain because I knew good was still inside him, he was more menacing than Madara. Madara is like when you play a game and beat the supposed final boss, then another one shows up and it's like where did that come from? He/She doesn't even fit into the plot properly! I know too many RPG's like that.
