I can't hate a fictional character. But for me sakura was developed poorly by kishi. Even more so than the other female characters in the series except hinata.

I think it's mainly because of how she still has a mad, unhealthy obsession for a traitor that never cared for her, and even tried to kill her. Same goes for Karin, and Ino. The war showed that even Ino was still obsessed with Sasuke.

I don't really care. She is not an extraordinary Character nor has any Unique Traits. I am Neutral considering her. u_u

I suppose it's not her fault. As Kishimoto said he just couldn't portray main heroine well, though I'd say Tsunade's or Mei's characters are quite well portrayed. Luckily, we got to see her helping Tsunade with medical ninjutsu in battle. Perhaps most people call her useless because of her acting all mighty and strong in training, beating Naruto, or other situations while in vital battles she just gets punched easily by someone.

I don't really like her, I think most of the females in Naruto kinda suck..I know that's harsh but I don't see her as a well thought out character. In an interview Kishi said she wasn't supposed to exist but be an actual Sakura tree (Or so I read, who knows honestly). So I think she was just kinda thrown in.

You ignore sasuke's mental state at that point. Really, he's been lied to over so many things concerning his brother and clan, what do you expect from him? Alas, its amazing how this "he tried to kill her" excuse is never used on lee/gaara or neji/hinata or naruro/sasuke or kakashi/sasuke or obito/kalashi. There's something known as redemption and forgiveness.

And that panel of Ino thinking of sasuke wasn't get showing she still loves him .

Her character is a pile of horseshit. The way kishimoto wrote her character is simply awful. Let's analyse it:
She starts off great at the start of shippuden in the kazekage retrieval arc, showing us superhuman strength, improved speed, analytical skills etc. She had obviously improved a lot. But the issue is that after that, she barely had any meaningful panel time for ages, and no high level fights either.

The kage summit arc ruined her character even more, as the fake confession thing was an absolute disaster. Plus she was an arrogant b**ch for thinking she could actually kill sasuke on her own.(even though she knew that "Madara" probably be with him-not that she can beat Sasuke on her own of course.) She finally got attention in war and released the yin seal, but it was too late to redeem her character and it came off as a rushed last minute decision by Kishi. Good main characters are developed throughout the story. You don't neglect them for ages, and then give them sudden development. Sure, she has saved Naruto a bunch of times(I'll give her that) but saving the main character does not make you a well written character.

People who hate her and say she's useless are mostly trolls or a bunch of idiots who don't have a clue about what a medical ninja is suppose to do. They look at all the characters this way: "If he/she isn't in top 10 he/she is a fodder". You shouldn't pay much attention on such things. I like her tough, and never minded her behaviour (even in part 1 since I'm used to male characters getting all the attention because this is a shonen manga after all u.u).

I don't really care that much about her character but i believe the only reason people still hate her is because of her attitude in PART 1. People still seem to hold a grudge against her.

I agree, i also think that no single character should be bashed. Its not their fault the mangaka has made them like that, but sadly enough OP 90% of this base are Sakura haters, so prepare to be flamed
