But, think about this: as things stand, there are approximately 4 billion people who are either in poverty or close enough to it to not be able to enjoy the standard benefits of not being in poverty.

That is 4 billion minds, hearts and souls that are in too much trouble to calmly consider this question. No matter how good of a discussion we could have on this, imagine if we could add 4 billion other voices to it . . .

There is a precise answer to this question, but think about that.
