What Naruto used to kick the TSB away from Gai was base RSM.

What Naruto used in the JJ Madara/Kaguya/Vote 2 fight was RSM + 9 Bijuu chakra cloak.

What Naruto used in the Boruto movie was RSM + Full Kurama.

How some people can't understand something as simple as that is beyond me.

He can still access his most powerful mode, he just needs to call on the Bijuu. He's the meeting place after all.

You can't have the real rsm without a rinnegan and the tb chakra. Naruto was using borrowed power for the purpose of defeating Kaguya and Indra/Sasuke. He doesn't have six paths chakra anymore. After final valley 2 it was all gone. After they sealed Kaguya the seals returned to Hagoromo's hands and whatever chakra they had leftover they kept. But they can't create six paths chakra on their own.

Not even, the only known why to obtain RSM is for it to be gifted from the sage. The databook notes this.
