Why do we consider Tobirama a badass?

I know that. It's called facial expressions. Tobirama's glare at that moment reminded me of Zoro who we all know is a badass.

Tobirama is stubborn and very commanding and demanding of his brother who is the god of shinobi. Doesn't that imply that he has a lot of power too? Most powerful characters are badass but his personality is a bonus.

Because he is stubborn and a boss, unlike others. He KNOW that the Uchiha's are a threat and you know what? He is absolutely right. Who are the final villains? Three Uchiha's; Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha and maybe Sasuke Uchiha. He does everything right, and have a reason to dislike the Uchiha's.

Best Hokage period. I love the Uchiha's but he is still the best Hokage.

Are the uchiha a threat and cant be trusted because they are a threat or are they a threat because they are not trusted?

I mean senju and uchiha were at war when madara and hashi met, but the simple fact of it is that they had the same tactics.

tobirama is imo the worst kage because, he accomplished nothing but put the village in turmoil, i mean the uchiha walked away from madara to join konoha, yet he put them in a position where he hoped theyd all die off. if tobirama really believed in ppl like kagami he would have accepted the uchiha as a whole in hopes the good would outweigh the bad, instead he put them in a position to be hated and to hate the village and eventually Itachi had to clean up the mess he made. hiruzen was the best because he was kage the longest and accomplished the most.
