Why do some people think Madara is weaker than Tobi?

I mean don't get me wrong, Tobi is strong as fuuuuuuu. But Madara is on a different level lol like he knows wood release,perfect sasunoo,ems,ms,edo tensei seal,meteor technique,izanagi,and Rinnegan. He has everything that a ninja would want to control the world. Tobi doesn't a chance to Perfect Sasunoo and maybe the Meteor technique, I don't know why some people think Tobi is stronger even though he calls himself Madara because he wants to be like him or be known as him. I may say some retarded things but thats only because I'm tired lol, comment below on what you guys think. NO FIGHTING PLEASE. U_U

Tobi could take on Madara with enough help from the Kages, but I really am starting to think that Tobi will kill him because he's afraid of Madara telling the TRUTH when he fought Hashirama or maybe he just actully ****ing care anymore OR the weakness of the Moon Eye plan :O

In my opinion Tobi and Naruto are the only people who have a chance of standing up to Madara....

Tobi:Madara can handle the jinks but Tobi can just slip past any of Madara's attacks...the only counters/people that we have seen hit Tobi are Minato with ST Techs, and Konan with an attack that lasts like Five minutes....and I mean Tobi might have other Rinnegan Path techs like preta path etc. that he has not shown (please tell me if im overrating Tobi)

Naruto: Madara said it himself(might have been a translation error because I have seen different translations) Tailed Beasts are the only thing that is comparable to him and Naruto is just that....the nine tails is the strongest Tailed beast and Naruto is the main character so I think he at least has a chance against Madara
