Why do some people still think Sarada is Sakura's daughter??

I don't believe it because it doesn't make any sense if Karins the mother why is sarada not with her who has been confirmed to be alive also why would sakura and sasuke be together if he had a child with another and last but not least this isn't who sasuke is he's never once shown interest in sleeping around so him cheating on sakura just sounds stupid
So I'm gonna stay in denial until I have all the info

Have you ever heard of a surrogate mother? Perhaps Sakura can't have a baby, so Karin volunteered to be a surrogate mother and then give the baby to Sakura. That could be why Sarada isn't with Karin.

Perhaps Karin is simply irresponsible and she wanted the ***, but not the baby, so she gave it up and Sasuke gave it to Sakura. The *** could have happened during Sasuke's personal journey before he came back to Konoha and married Sakura. Therefore perhaps it wasn't even cheating, but more like an irresponsible one-night stand.
