There were threads rubbing it in Sasuke's face actually, and there were countless posts about it. Hell, you don't really have any right to complain. When Sasuke showed up Naruto, by my count, there were more threads and posts bashing him than there was wanking him.
I feel your pain though. Naruto isn't my favorite, but I don't go around making posts about how horrible he is or about how Sasuke is better than him. I also feel your pain again, as we both have our favorite character bashed mercilessly. The hate Sasuke receives is also ridiculous. Even Sakura doesn't get so much hate so incessantly. The forum has it's own version of the cycle of hatred. When someone bashes Naruto, someone reflexively bashes Sasuke in retaliation, which then turns into another bash directed to Naruto. The cycle continues. I'm not talking about you, but many people here who complain about how their favorite is bashed, bash other peoples faves. There is a lot of hypocrisy floating around. Not to mention that there are people who a merely trolling. They aren't fans, they just do it to tick people off.
