Why do rain test?

To me rain element is so random, there isn´t one thing special about it, why would you need such an unecessary addition especially make a test out of it! I seen the rain techniques and they seem very easy to deal with.

Why would you need rain element and even more important, why make it a test? To me it´s just not worth it.

I see people taking minato tests, nagato tests, kaguya tests, 3rd raikage tests, i then see people take rain test and i just facepalm.

So anyone out there willing to tell me what´s so special about this?

It's just another element to use towards your advantage. Plus, a custom KG can also have Rain, allowing for more elemental advantages. Plus, some of the upper rank Rain techniques, a long with CJs, are pretty nasty.

Rain is considered a Special Element.
It probably requires a test due to it being like a KG, which utilizes two elements, though its not really a powerful element, it has a few jutsus which are powerful.
In my opinion you made this thread in a attempt to get it less restricted. so people won't have to take a battle test anymore for it...

Lol, not my idea or intention but to be honest it´s true, you shouldn´t need to take a battle test for it.
You should just have some special bio rule for it and that´s it.

I´m not interested in learning such a weak element either way but because there is a test in my opinion it´s in a way demeaning to the battle test section.:|​

Some Rain techniques are in fact very powerfull. Even some C-Ranks can kill you easily. Its a very powerfull element, but unlike most others it requires fness to use.

You have to stand, very few things in the RP are innately powerful or weak. Most things are just simply a tool, and it depends on how you use it, to how powerful it can be. A bow may seem weak in our RP, but in the hands of someone like Kaito or K.E., it's an immensely deadly weapon.

Though it would be a cool element depending on who you are it´s not my thing and i was wondering why it was a test and people bothered with it, now i got my answer.​

Kaguya techniques impress the hell out of me and i don´t understand the bolded.
Rain element would look cool on a Nagato or a Yahiko bio and i just had an epiphany about rain so i would like not to argue about it anymore.​

They obviously wouldn't impress you, because they aren't Over Powered Jutsus such as Mountain Smash.
