We don't know when he earnt that title. We don't know if he was stronger than Whitebeard.

But he was pretty confident that he could kill Whitebeard at the Marineford War!

He was confident he could kill him because the Marines would have weakened WB. If he was the strongest man why not just give him WBs title instead of WSC? Its very obvious that he got that title because he is the strongest Zoan user.

If Kaido is called "creature", it could be because he's a Fishman, or a giant, or any other sort of non-human. Nobody calls Lucci and other Zoans in One Piece "creatures" just because they are Zoans. They are humans. (Except for those who aren't, like Chopper or Funkfreed.)

If I remember correctly it was already implied that Arlong, Tiger and Jinbei are strongest Fishmen.

On the other hand Fishman, would be strongest Man and not creature.

If it was that obvious, Oda would not make such a mystery about it. He maybe attacked Big Mam's ship because it was on the way of something he desired and judging by how fearless Kid is, he could have attacked it just for the sake of it. Not necessarly mean it's his target. Not saying it's impossible to be the case, but you never know

This. I don't think Kaidou is human, I think he's likely to be a Minkman, Giant or Dwarf. This would mean his title as creature would encompass all intelligent living beings. This includes Humans, Fishmen, Mermen, Giants, Dwarves and Minkmen. This is not difficult to understand.

Like Roronoa said; a devil fruit doesn't change your species. Applying this logic surrounding Zoans upon Paramecia's and Logias is the perfect way to make your logics seem ridiculous. Is Luffy no longer human? Is Ace no longer human? Having a Devil Fruit doesn't objectify you, nor does posessing a Devil Fruit personify objects such as swords.

Logically speaking it is true but I don't think humans are included in his title. When Nami heard that Kaido is the strongest creature Nami said something like 'What? He isn't even a human.' Observe the statement, just after hearing about his title,she immediately separated humans from his title which indicates that human beings are most likely not included in his title. We don't have to take the meanings in a manga super literally if u ask me.

If his title includes humans then Kaido should be stronger than Dragona,Mihawk and Shanks which is pure BS if u ask me. There is noway in hell for Kaido to be above Dragon according to portrayal and I really don't think Zoro's EOS opponent is weaker than someone who'll most likely gets defeated by Luffy away before EOS.

Kaido shouldn't even be stronger than Dragon/Shanks IMO. Shanks to me is the strongest yonko/character. (if not tied with Dragon).

Well, I am aware of that. Nami's words hinta that he isn't a human but at the same time he words hints that humans are separated from his title. At the very least I am confidant about Dragon being stronger than Kaido who is why I don't think humans are included in his title.
