yeah :c Ichigo was stupid enough that he took for granted that Aizen would go down with Final Getsuga Tenshou
but we all know Ichigo still had powers to keep tire aizen out before using it, don't we? atleast that's what i think

Final Getsuga Tensho was the only thing he learned, the rest was just his physical attributes. After Aizen reached final evolution he already disabled one of Ichigo's arms, so he had to use it at the time, because Aizen was regaining the upper hand.
