You can't compare their actions to the real world, the shinobi world is full of horror, that's why their trying to get rid of it. You can't use Itachi, Shisui and Kagami as excuses either, just because they come from the same bloodline does not mean they should all have a strong willed personality.
Let's look at their pasts:
Sasuke: Had his whole entire family slaughtered in front of him and finds out that the place he calls 'home' is responsible for it. You can't say that you wouldn't be mad at your home as well. And obviously you wouldnt destroy it because you don't have the power to.
Madara: He lived in the worst era the shinobi world has ever seen, where the expected live expectancy was only around a kids age. He lost 3 or 4 of his brothers to the war, then his father and Izuna to the war later on. Madara lost his whole entire family in the shinobi war. Once again wouldn't you be angry if that ever happened to you? And to top it all off, he was casted out from his own clan because of his beliefs, effectively a giant slap to the face.
Obito: Many people belittle his motives of just wanting Rin back. But tell me, if Obito wanted Rin back so badly, why didn't he just persuade Nagato to use Rinne tensei on her? Why would Obito drag the rest of humanity with him just to bring Rin back? This shows that Obito's intentions are mainly on changing the fate of the shinobi world. And it's also not just the death of Rin that swayed him but the circumstances behind it. You sacrificed yourself for your friend, and then after a year or 2 of training, you go to find that your best friend is killing your Other best friend which is also your love? That would devestate anyone. Obito didn't have anyone else like Naruto to tell him what he was doing was wrong, Instead he had Madara and Zetsu to manipulate him.
I am in no way justifying their actions, I'm just pointing out that there motives go way more in depth than what you believe it to be.
