Amaterasu sticks to what it was aimed at. Which means if Naruto is in bm/km then he can just turn off his bm/km fo an instant and go into bm/km again and amaterasu will be all gone. If you disagree then show me proof from the manga that other objects or person got caught in amaterasu from an initial person/object.
Also amaterasu is an eye tech. EMS may not make you blind but concentrating so much chakra in a sensitive organ like the eye will cause pain. That's why Sauske can't spam it. What we saw in the manga was only done once. Yes, he used multiple amaterasu but that doesn't mean spamming it like an edo. And using multiple amaterasu will cause that much more pain to the eyes. Hence why the eye bleeds when this tech is performed.
