That was hardly a win anyways. Kakashi won't survive that wound and that was after Obito spent a lot time fighting four opponents at the same time.

And kakashi spent most of his time battling edo tensei nin, 6 tailed beasts, and Obito as well. Saying he won because Obito fought a 4 on 1 battle isn't exactly an excuse. They were both exhausted and it was Obito who dragged Kakashi into the other dimension. That may have prevented him from using Rinnegan perhaps? Even so it was a 1 on 1 match between 2 already exhausted ninja. Kakashi won fair and square as he has always done against Obito. There is no shame in Obito loosing to kakashi. In a way it is actually poetic.

It's because people think of Obito as top 5 material where as Kakashi top 15. Fighting in the Kamui dimension was perfect for Kakashi because Kamui was Obito's best jutsu. Idiots will say "He has Rinnegan & Mokuton". His mokuton was used (and it was as lethal as Chidori/Raikiri) and that just proves that Obito can only perform Rinne Tensei, Outer Path and Human Path of the Rinnegan techniques. Could he of used Human Path? Maybe but ah well, maybe he was low on chakra.

He wanted to protect the memories of Obito , so killing this puppet was the best thing Kakashi did . Obito is worse then Naruto , sometimes i ask myself , who is dumber .

And Kakashi at least twice could have killed Obito but spared him out of mercy. So in reality he has now defeated Obito for the third time, or at least for the second time (the first opportunity of killing him was due to teamwork, but the credit for speedblitzing Obito in kamui dimension goes to Kakashi alone)

Much less injuries? Kakashi cut through the chest and kicked in the face with, whereas Obito was only hit in his artificial arm and merely punched in stomach.
Besides, Obito started "late". When Obito started fighting Naruto and Bee, they already were after fights against:
-immortal Itachi
-immortal Nagato
-immortal kages
-bunch of Zetsus
Kakashi and Guy on the other hand have been fighting even longer than Naruto and Bee and were after fights against the most powerful generation of immortal swordsmen and other immortal talented kekkei genkai users.

That fight against four already exhausted ninja was Obito's first one. And Obito did not fight alone. It was a fight of:
-Already tired Naruto
-Already tired Bee
-Already exhausted Kakashi
-Already exhausted Guy
against
-Fresh Obito
-4 immortal v2 jinchuurikis (Orochimaru struggled against ONE MORTAL v2 jinchuuriki)
-2 full immortal bijuus (speaks for itself)
-Gedo Mazo (effortlessly soloed a whole division of ninja alliance, also speaks for itself)

What next? Well, I'll tell you.
-Immortal Madara (stronger than he ever was in life) with Hashi's cells, Rinnegan and unlimited chakra joined the fray.

And what's next?
-Juubi was revived and Kakashi and co had to fend off Juubi, Obito and immortal Madara at the same time

Edo paths was not Obito's own power, because it was only because of Kabuto, and thus, Obito did not fight Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy alone even in the early part of the fight, even if he used his own chakra.

To sum up, Kakashi having chakra replenished makes things actually fair. Neither Obito nor Kakashi was at a disadvantage in this fight.
