Though 50% managed to pretty much solo 6 bijuudamas by itself 100% is not Rikudo mode. You'd need all the other bijuu for that XD so yeah, wanking at it's finest.

EDIT: However Hagoromo did set it up so Naruto's body would be the meeting place were all the bijuu could gather.....I wonder if that means Naruto can actively communicate with all the other bijuu wherever they may be via Kurama?
